Prenatal music stimulation is a method that uses music as stimuli to communicate with a developing baby prior to birth. While in the womb, baby learns to recognize and respond to different stimuli, which leads to encouragement of physical, mental, and sensory development. Stimulation exercises will allow Baby to communicate with you and your spouse/partner through her movement in the womb, establish a relationship between specific stimuli (such as your voices) and, most importantly, help develop their memory.

HypnoticTunes.com spent the last 3 years researching in this area and has formulated a new approach to help pre-develop positive behaviors and beliefs in your child(before birth) which they will act upon as they develop.(years after birth.) (Music for pregnancy)

A study was carried out by our group of hypnotists in 2008 on 15 expectant moms. A lullaby (Rock-a-bye baby) was played daily to the babies for 4 months before birth. Part One Test: When all the children were 2 years old they were tested for recognition of sound and preference by being placed and separated into 3 different rooms with one television in each room. Each television played a different lullaby along with visual images:
TV1: Lullaby 1 playing and with a visual image of a basketball.
TV2: Lullaby 2 playing and a with visual image of a yellow tennis ball.
TV3: Lullaby 3(The prenatal music: Rock-a-bye baby) and with a visual image of a golf ball.

The children were put in each room for 10 minutes before they were brought to a
2nd part test.

Anchoring and Preference Test:

The 2nd part test: The children were brought to another quiet room with 3 trays, each tray with the item which were displayed to them in part one test. They were then encouraged to
pick 1 item from the 3 trays. Interestingly, 11 out of the 15(73.3%) children preferred and picked the golf ball.

The conclusion: The lullaby played to the children before birth has anchored their mind to a sense of comfort and security.(The feel that they get in the mother's womb.) They were able to recognise the sounds played to them before birth and associate the music with the visual image displayed to them. With these findings, we are certain that we can use the same method to help 'install' positive beliefs and special interest (before birth) which the child will act upon when born.
